Recently, the Suphan Confucius Institute of Suan Dusit University in Thailand and Suan Dusit University's Hua Hin Campus jointly held a Mid-Autumn Festival celebration. Patcharee Suancho, Vice President of Suan Dusit University and a council member of the Suphan Confucius Institute, gathered with all teachers of the Suphan Confucius Institute and more than 100 teachers and students of Suan Dusit University to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival together and experience the unique charm of fine traditional Chinese culture.

Teachers of the Suphan Confucius Institute and students of Suan Dusit University jointly presented wonderful performances rich in Chinese cultural characteristics, and the event site was filled with a joyful festive atmosphere. Teachers Shen Xuru and Chen Wenfeng performed the dance "Midu Mountain Song" together, showcasing the unique charm of ethnic song and dance with agile and graceful movements amid melodious music. Teacher Wu Fenglan played the cucurbit flute piece "Phoenix-tail Bamboo in the Moonlight," whose clear and melodious tune created a warm and elegant festive atmosphere. Teacher Ge Yi presented a guzheng performance of "Colorful Clouds Chasing the Moon," whose melodious notes conveyed the simple and classic artistic conception of traditional Chinese music.

During the performances, Chinese and Thai background introductions to the relevant programs were also provided on site, helping Thai teachers and students further understand the cultural connotations and artistic features behind the works and experience the charm of traditional Chinese art.

A full moon brings people together, and culture connects us all. This Mid-Autumn Festival celebration was not only a joyful festive gathering but also a cultural event that promoted exchanges between Chinese and Thai teachers and students. In the future, the Suphan Confucius Institute will continue to play its role as a bridge for cultural exchange and, through rich and colorful cultural activities, enable more Thai teachers and students to learn about China and experience Chinese culture, enhancing understanding and friendship through exchange and mutual learning.
